At Soundcore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Soundcore account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the initial shipment to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement unit within 7-10 business days.
